to CTCE Federal Credit Union. We are a full service financial institution,
serving over 16,000 members throughout Berks and surrounding counties in
southeastern Pennsylvania.
CTCE Federal Credit Union was established in 1970 by eight employees of
Carpenter Technology Corp. Today, the credit union serves over 900
companies and anyone that lives, works, worships or attends school in the
City of Reading. CTCE provides a wide array of financial services including loans,
mortgages, credit cards,STAR cards, payroll deduction, direct deposit and
more.
We currently offer members the choice of banking with 5
branch
locations or using our external banking services such as: cu online, our
Internet banking program; FREEDOM Phone Teller, which allows members to conduct
transactions via their touch tone phone; the CU$ Network
www.cudollar.org,
which allows CTCE members to use over 1200 ATM machines surcharge free and
Loan-by-Phone, which allows members to apply for a loan over the phone.
To insure the safety of your funds, each account at CTCE is federally-insured up
to $250,000 through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
You qualify for membership if you or a family member are employed by any of our
